What you'll be doing

The morning will start with breathwork (pranayama), easy spinal movements and asana, followed by a tasty breakfast. You’ll have the rest of the day off to go explore Carvoeiro and the surrounding villages, beaches and coastline. In the afternoon there will be Pilates workshops where we explore the various movements and their alternatives. When you’ve worked up enough of an appetite we’ll cook dinner together and enjoy the evening.

Since the pool is heated you can enjoy a morning or evening swim without getting cold, HOWEVER.. There has been talk about a dive in the Atlantic ocean on January 2nd. So for the brave who want to take a new years dive, let’s do this!!
